1. Introduction / Legal Entity

Welcome to Blind LLC, doing business as SEO Aesthetic (“SEO Aesthetic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, or software (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Services Provided

SEO Aesthetic offers local SEO, Google Business Profile (GBP) management, AI-powered content generation, review management, citation optimization, ranking reports, and related digital marketing services designed to improve online visibility and search engine rankings.

3. Payment Terms

• Clients agree to pay the monthly subscription fee corresponding to the selected service plan with SEO Aesthetic (Blind LLC).
• Payments are processed via Stripe as a recurring subscription and are charged on the same date each month.
• If a payment fails or is late, SEO Aesthetic reserves the right to suspend Services until payment is received.
• You agree to maintain valid payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen method each billing cycle.

4. Performance Guarantee / Refund Policy

SEO Aesthetic guarantees that your business will achieve Page 1 rankings on Google Search (organic) or Google Maps / GBP within 6 months, provided the following conditions are met:
• You grant full access to your website and Google Business Profile (or equivalent) as required.
• Target keywords, categories, and locations are agreed upon in advance.
• You maintain an active subscription and continue to use our Services for at least 6 months.
If Page 1 rankings are not achieved within 6 months under these conditions, you will be eligible for a full refund for that specific location or website. Refunds will be issued within 15 business days after confirmation of non-performance.
However, if you cancel Services prior to the end of the 6-month period, you forfeit eligibility for a refund.

5. Reporting, Results & Disclaimers

• SEO Aesthetic will deliver monthly performance reports showing keyword rankings, traffic/engagement metrics, and other relevant analytics.

• Reports will be shared via email, and you may discuss results with our team.

• You understand that SEO results are influenced by search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, competitor actions, and other external factors, which can cause fluctuations.

• While we guarantee Page 1 ranking (under the terms above), we do not guarantee any specific increase in revenue, sales, leads, or profits.

6. Cancellation & Termination

• There is no fixed long-term contract; the agreement runs on a month-to-month basis (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

• You may cancel at any time by giving written notice (via email) at least 21 days prior to the next billing date.

• If cancellation is submitted less than 21 days before the next charge, you may still be billed for the upcoming cycle.

• Early termination (i.e., canceling before 6 months) disqualifies you from the refund guarantee described in Section 4.

7. Data Use & Confidentiality

• SEO Aesthetic will treat your data and information as confidential and will not share, sell, or disclose it to third parties without your consent—except as required by law.
• You agree not to reproduce, publish, distribute, or otherwise misuse our proprietary methods, strategies, or AI-powered processes without express permission.
• You also authorize us to use aggregated, anonymized data for internal analytics, benchmarking, or marketing purposes (so long as individual client identities remain confidential).

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

• SEO Aesthetic (Blind LLC) is not liable for damages arising from algorithm changes, search engine penalties, loss of ranking not caused by our gross negligence, or other factors outside our control.
• In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 3 months for the Services in question.
• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blind LLC and its employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws.

9. Term & Amendment

• These Terms remain in effect so long as you use the Services, unless terminated by either party consistent with Section 6.
• SEO Aesthetic reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g. by email or via our website). Continued use of Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Blind LLC is registered (insert your state) without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration (or in small claims court, if applicable), unless otherwise required by law. The arbitration shall be held in (your city / county) unless otherwise agreed.
